Executive Pastor for Ministry Operations
Walter is responsible for overseeing finances, campus expansion and leadership development. He is passionate about ensuring that God’s people and kingdom finances are handled with efficiency and integrity. Walter and his beautiful wife Cheryl have four children.
DAVID W. DAVIS II
Executive Pastor for Pastoral Care
David is responsible for overseeing the ministries that facilitate worship and is influential in assisting the members of PCM. David and his wife Jacquita have two children.
FELICIA COOPER
Elder
Felicia is responsible for overseeing the Equipping Teams which includes PCM Altar Workers (PAW), Healing Intercessory Transformation (HIT), Deliverance, Missions, Counseling and Outreach Teams. In addition, she functions as the elder and functional administrator for the School of Prophets. Felicia is enthusiastic and extremely passionate about teaching and helping believers mature in Christ.
CARLOS HILL
Elder
Carlos is charged with overseeing all aspects of the Worship Experience which includes Audio/Video, Marketing, Dance, Social Media and the Worship Team. Carlos has faithfully served PCM for more than 20 years. His passion is to help people have a closer relationship with God and for them to be set free!
AARON JONES
Elder
Aaron is charged with overseeing all aspects of Ministry In Motion (M.I.M) which includes property management, transportation ministry, campus aesthetics and parking. Aaron and his wife have four children.
KESHIA JONES
Elder
Keshia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Family Empowerment which includes Couples, Singles, Women’s and Children’s ministries. Keshia and her husband Aaron have four children.
MATTIE AKINS
Elder
Mattie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Helping Hands which includes bereavement, Care Team, new members, greeters, armor bearers and education development. Mattie is passionate about educating the people of God and bringing them into a greater revelatory knowledge of God’s word.

Apostle Victory L. Hill and Co-Pastor Jennifer Hill are the senior pastors of Providence Christian Ministries based in Birmingham, AL. Apostle and Co-Pastor Hill have a deep passion for exposing individual and familial dysfunctions and assisting believers in discovering their God-given purpose. Because of their strong apostolic and prophetic anointing, they have been invited throughout the United States and many different nations to teach and train people to hear the voice of the Lord. Apostle and Co-Pastor Hill’s sole mission is to equip equippers and reproduce reproducers. They have four sons who they believe will run with the current vision, and ultimately take it to its greatest potential.
